What areas to do we cover?

How quickly can we organise an inspection for you?
Mike will endeavour to meet your requirements in organising the inspection appointment. We will contact you to confirm the date and time of the inspection.
How long does a house inspection take?
Typically up to two hours, depending on the size and condition of the property.
What report do I get?
Mike will provide written report/images for your perusal. This report is confidential. Any problems will be detailed so you can make informed decisions.
How do you accept payment?
Bank Deposit or Credit Card – 50% deposit is required before the report is conducted with the balance paid upon receiving the report. A price will be advised before the service is carried out.

Mike is a professional in the building industry and has over 30 years hands-on experience in both residential and commercial building projects. Mike Davidson is genuinely well-informed in all aspects of construction, building standards, techniques and materials.
Are you independent?
Mike is fully independent. You can be assured that all inspections protect your interests.
Why do a Meth Test?
This testing provides information about drug residues from residential and commercial properties, and vehicles.
Sellers & purchasers of property use test results when agreeing on property value. Landlords and their tenants use results to confirm that rented property is safe to live in, and that drugs have not been used during a tenancy.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your inspection – we require 24 hours cancelation notice to avoid a fee.
If you cancel on the day of the inspection, you will still need to pay a full inspection fee.
We will invoice you within three days of the cancellation.
