We understand that not everyone is an expert when it comes to building inspections. We provide a report that is easy to understand and are happy to explain any aspects in further detail face-to-face.
Our services include a comprehensive room-by-room written building inspection report that clearly outlines the main issues and covers the overall condition of the property. Relevant full colour photos are included to highlight any problem areas and provide easy reference. We have supply drone footage for the hard to access areas.
Aspects covered in the pre-purchase building inspection include:

New Zealand Inspection Standards & Best Practices.
All of our services are carried out and comply with the New Zealand
Standards 4306 by a fully qualified and professional
building inspector.
